I am sure I have asked you this before but I was reading the back of my wagg guinea food and it advised only to feed fruit and veg 2-3 times a week and anymore is unkind.

I have been giving my boys some twice a day. I am sure some other ppl on here do that 2?

Anyway do you think I should cut it down to once a day or even less? I'd feel so mean now as they always know when its coming and would miss it if it wasnt there :( BUT id rather cut down than over feed!

I only feed mine a mixture of fruit and veg only once a day. Other times they have their top up of dry food and hay.

I do exactly the same as Kelly
 
Mine get twice a day most times. Sometimes once but they seem to hide alot of their food in their hay for during the night.
 
mine are once a day but if I run out or forget then they get grass or dandelion leaves I dont panic if they go with out for a day though
 
Clover gets 2 or 3 different vege for breakfast. A top up of her dry food late afternoon and then a treat of cucumber or celery before i go to bed (and she gets extra hay in between)
 
Mine have veggies fed twice a day - but the portions are not huge (basically I give what you would give the piggy in a day, split into 2 meals). I have always done this since I first had piggys 11 years ago and they have always been fine with this routine. They also have their hay topped up 3 times a day and access to dried pellet feed.

I top up pellets and hay and readigrass morning and night, and give veg once a day in the morning.
 
I give mine fresh fruit/veg at night and make sure they've got fresh hay and top up of dry food if needed twice a day-if there's any dry food left after a day or so I chuck it and give them a fresh bowl
 
i feed them about 8am ish and about any time between 5 and 7 on a night
 
Mine have three veggie meals a day - is this too much then? They seem to enjoy it.

Don't tell my lot! ;)

I used to feed them all twice a day, but noticed that they were getting dumpy!

Doubt yours isn't a problem though ;D
 
That is my main concern - that they are getting a little 'plumP' I will monitor it! :)
 
I feed mine veggies twice a day but only give them a small amount each time. I did cut the amount down as I was giving them too much.
 
I give our boys 1 portion dry mix in the morning and 1 portion of mixed veggies with the occasional piece of fruit in the evening. I usually give a mix of at least 5 different veggies (cut up it amounts to about 3/4 mugful - is this too much?
