How much does each of your girls weigh?
Depending on their weight they do not need a full pipette - this could be far too much.
They will need a certain amount of drops, placed on the back of their neck, all on one day.
Depending on the problem they will need a second and third dose 8 - 10 days apart.
What are you treating them for?
Your guinea pigs need between 200 - 400 micrograms of ivermectin per kilo of body weight.
1 full pipette contains 450 micrograms of ivermectin.
1 drop contains 22.5 micrograms of ivermectin.
Your 1.15 kg guinea pig needs 18-19 drops of Xeno, which gives a dose of 405 micrograms of ivermectin which is around 280 micrograms of ivermectin per kilo of body weight and is well within the safe range.
1 full pipette contains 20 drops, so the easiest way to do this would be to squeeze out 2 drops first, and then add the remaining contents to the back of your guinea pigs neck.
But before dosing you really need to make sure you know that your guinea pig has mites which can be treated by this specific product.
If your guinea pig is having skin problems, it might be better to have them seen by a vet to rule out other issues first.
