Sound never heard before

Our Cocoa started making this sound a couple of minutes ago. She's with treatment and we're kind of overprotective because of it, so I decided to ask. I can't upload the video of her from my cellphone but I found this on youtube, it's the same sound:

You can never post too much on here. Sounds like she is hooting. I assume she’s seen a vet as you say she’s having treatment. What is she being treated for?
 
Could just be hay particles up the nostrils, they will let out a big sneeze eventually if it is that though
 
As siikibam says I don't think it's possible to post too much especially when things like this happen. Hooting can just be a one off but can also be linked to other health conditions such as URIs and heart conditions so it would be helpful to know what she is currently being treated for and what medications she is on
 
Yeah, I thought that it could be something up her nose, the youtube video comments say it's nothing to worry about but I can never have enough opinions hahaha

She's been on the vet for overgrown teeth. She's been with painkillers, just that.
 
How long has she been making the noise?
 
We heard her today for the first time. It lasted just a couple of minutes and she's not done it again so far, she didn't sneezed though.
 
Ok. I'd say give her a day and see if she does it again.

As an aside, what was done about her overgrown teeth?
 
She's going to have some exams, blood count and biochemical profile, to see if she can be operated for both premolar rash and enucleation. (I used the translator for the procedures, I'm sure some names are wrong)
 
When is this? If that sound is still there, ask them to look at that as well.
