We've had our first pair of guinea pigs for about 8 months now. I feel like lately I've been noticing one of them making more noise, in particular when she is resting/sleeping. Almost like she could be snoring, but I also didn't know if it was something worse like wheezing. I brought her into the vet on monday and she got a completely clean bill of health. Still, it's nagging me in the back of my mind. Below is an audio recording of her when she's just relaxing in her house. It's also worth noting that I have seen zero changes in behavior or appetite. Is this anything to be concerned with?

I can’t open the recording so can’t answer the questions.
It’s good that you’ve already seen a vet and she had a clean bill of health.
Guinea pigs do make all sorts of noises though.

I can hear the noise but not being a vet or a health expert I can’t say what it is.

If this was one of mine I would do as you did and go to the vet.
As nothing was found it may be snoring but I would keep an ear out , especially as there are no other changes.
If you are worried then switch to weighing every day.
If there’s no weight loss ( over 50g ) then she’s probably fine.

Our advice is always go to a vet and one of my previous vets always said they would rather see over cautious owners than people who didn’t bother until it was too late.
If you are still concerned then another vet trip would be in order
