Sow not using her back legs after birth

Popcorn happily over The Rainbow Bridge 🌈 sweet babies in fields of treats, with the love and care of others that all guineas deserve 🌈

I’m sorry to hear that.

Keep a log of what the scales tell you every day so that you can spot any trends.
I’m glad to hear she is not losing weight each day though.

When you say she seems to be gaining weight are you actually weighing her each day? and the other Mum and Baby probably need weighing daily too as suggested for the other babies 💐

I have posted an update about my girl piggy 🤞t

BIG HUGS

I am so very sorry that none of the babies has made it.

A good normal balanced diet is the best help to build up her body for the long term and to fill her reserves. You can give her a bit of alfalfa hay in addtition to her normal hay in the next 2-3 weeks in order to help fill her reserves.
Please do not overfeed vitamins; you can give them shortly as a booster but no longer than 2-3 weeks or you can cause more damage than good.
Rather feed your girl some extra herbs like parsley or basil (instead of the daily coriander - they are packed with vitamins and trace elements), a slice of (collard) greens twice a week (good for magnesium and vitamin C). Spinach or kale is also an option for the next 2-3 weeks but not after that as they can cause bladder stones in the long term.

I’m sorry to hear the vets won’t see her.
Are you weighing her and the babies every morning?
That is the only way to guarantee enough hay is being consumed by mum and enough milk by the babies.
Hay intake cannot be gauged by eye
