This is Sparrow. She was three years old in August. I hand reared her on kitten milk powder (can't remember what it was called, but I got it from my vet). I did it by syringe, all though it is not recommended, but it certainly did the trick. Mum had milk but refused to feed her.

Anyway this is her a couple of weeks ago. Even though she was hand reared and was popped into my pocket to keep her warm, she is a little on the shy side.

We named her Sparrow because she looked like a little bird when really tiny. Sometimes when she looks at me now, I reckon she looks more like an owl around the eyes.

she is gorgeous! you must be so proud of the way she's grown up, in spite of all the difficulties! one question, can we see pigtures of your other three please?

Awww what a little beauty Sparrow is. x)x)x) Yes I had to syringe feed 6 piggies once that lost their mother when they were a few days old and fortunately it worked for me - although I did read afterwards that it can be dangerous if any milk goes in their lungs.:( I used Lactol from the pet shop.
