Post what you do on special occasions with your piggys when you celebrate!

I give them lot of pressies usually fleecy items (that's as long as I manage to hold out and not end up giving them early) and make sure that they have their favourite veg. Oh and us Humans get to celebrate with some cakeany excuse

For Christmas last year I bought the squinnies a big strawberry hidey and some dried forage treat (although they rather enjoyed the wrapping paper too!)


For birthdays I usually do a nice big pile of extra-tasty vegibbles

Feel a bit mean admitting this but I don't do birthdays for the animals, I've just got too many But I do Christmas everybody gets a good pile ​

Don't feel bad. It is a lot of work for animal birthdays.

I'm a miserable git at Christmas- I ask for no presents but if anybody wants to give money to the local air ambulance I donate it to that.

I buy for the forums secret Santa for rescue piggies.

The piggies get presents, as does the dog.... The fish.... &the wild birds in the garden!

My nephew gets a present from me &I fund the presents for my animals to give grandma&grandpa for all they do for them.

But that's it as I can't stand Christmas-bah humbug!
I Usually offer to work Xmas day &let somebody else get the time off with kids etc.

Birthdays always mean loads of extra treats &veg tho

One year they had a mini-break in a log cabin at Christmas...

Another year they just had to dress festively for christmas dinner...

And last Christmas poor Otis got the short straw and had to dress up as a reindeer... (he was rewarded with cuddles & veggies afterwards)

I spoil my babies at Christmas, they get their favourite veg and treats. Then get at least five new toys haha last year they got hanging star shaped chews, a carrot patch toy, a carrot hanging tree, jingle balls and a few other chew toys. They all get spoilt. I usually put a good sized handful of the dried forage, either the burgess or the woodlands range. They love those! And the burgess Apple snacks, their fave!
