Speed eating

This is Glacier during floor time eating some lettuce. Is it normal he eats this fast? I dont want him to get a belly ache lol. Also the mini fridge behind him is filled with his veggies, he has to see me open it and look inside to see.

Side note: yes we have a friend pending (we're super exicted)

That looks like normal eating to me for something like lettuce which didn't require much grinding down like hay does. So long as he only had small amounts there is no problem.

Betsy eats that fast. As soon as I open the hutch door at veg time her head is nicking stuff out of the bowl so quick it's a blur! If she knows it's veg time and she doesn't get her veg quickly enough I get the teeth chattering of displeasure

My boy Merry used to eat lettuce really slowly but my girl Pepper would always take it off him. He's learnt now to eat it like Glacier does before Pepper gets to it!

Blitzen ate that fast because he'd usually just nicked Comet's dinner, and the faster it gets eaten the less chance Comet had of stealing it back. Mealtimes were entertaining with those two.

That’s normal for my boy Micah.
He always finishes his morning lettuce leaf first and then goes to see who hasn’t finished theirs yet so he can nab it

My boy, Shrimp, processes veggies from floor to tummy very fast too. I love watching all my piggies eat, one of my girls is quite ladylike how she gently takes a piece of cucumber and nibbles it delicately . (she does not live with Shrimp, I think she'd be shocked at this eating habits! )
