Spencer making odd Clicking noise

So it's nearly a week since Spencer's dental op and he's coming on. His weight was around 1200g tonight he is 1149g (I hope this lost is ok?) he has left signs that he has taken some of his pellets by him (broke them up into small bits) and tonight I saw with my own eyes Spencebomb taking a drink from his water bottle...then I heard it!....after every small "suck" he took a weird clicking noise came from his jaw (I think) he didn't seem in pain and kept on taking slips...but is this noise post op normal??

Could it be that you are hearing him swallow - I know some of my pigs make a small noise when drinking.

Maybe.... I've never heard it before thou? It was like hearing a humans jaw click when they eat.

I agree with Suzy that they do make noises when swollowing at times. I would keep a close eye on him. If he continues to lose weight or seems worse all i can suggest is a quick vet visit. Maybe Debbie can help you if she pops on later.
