We've been on holiday. The slaves say we were very good boys, despite having a long car journey and having to spend a week in our baby cage. Did someone say beach? We'd rather chill here thank you.

We had a great time thank you and the boys got extra everything for being so good. I got a bit stressed before hand wondering if we were doing the right thing taking them with us. Knew it was Ok when we stopped on the way and they started eating hay and cucumber in the carrier as if it was nothing unusual. They weren't too impressed going into their 120 x 60 cage but there was no way the bigger one was going to fit in the car. I was afraid they would fall out because they had less space but they were fine, they are happy to be home and running up and down the ramp now. They didn't gain weight last week but they didn't loose it either, I'm being extra vigilant in case any stress has caused mites but to be honest the only really stressed one was me. Taking gear for two piggies was worse than travelling with three children!

Oh how lovely. Sounds like you all had a good time which is the main thing I guess the more you do it the more they will get used to it and chill out.
Not sure if that will be the same for you though cause going on holiday with either children or piggies I think is always stressful for the Mama
