Spinach? good or bad?

Bop loves Spinach, so much so that he was having a couple of leaves of it everyday, then i read that it can cause kidney problems if not fed in moderation...what do * class as moderation? is couple of leaves a day too much? he loves it and now iv stopped giving him it, he looks for it constantly!

a couple of leaves a day is absoultly fine just not too much because it can give them diarrhoea..

great thanks for that, i paniced when i read that bout kidney problems and stopped it altogether, but his little face looking for it is too sad to look at lol!

Good, but only a small amount and not every day (it's high in calcium and oxylates).

Thanks for the advice, he now loves me again cause I gave him sone tonight, after a week or 2 with none lol! Is there anything other than hay and pellets they can get offered everyday? Veg wise? Just finding it hard to find any Veg he likes to give him everyday. Tried cauliflower today for first time and he likes that, that's good for vitamin c right? Or do I give that in moderation too? Xx

There is a thread on here about all the vegetables guinea pigs can eat. Mine love romaine lettuce and cucumber the most.
