I've been a bit fed up lately, mainly with stress at work. I've been going a bit OTT with retail therapy, but the pigs are doing well out of it. It cheers me up so much to see them excited.
Got a hay box. They wasted no time redesigning it and eating enough hay from inside that they can fit inside.

Does my bum look big in this?

Just got my order from Zooplus, chuffed with their new house it looks really well made.

It was to save postage lol. It'll last them a good while anyway.
 
At least the pigs are benefitting from your stress lol.I was very stressed in a job last year and was very tearful and drinking a lot but I I understand about the retail therapy.A few years ago before I saw the doctor and a therapist I was crying everyday and felt suicidal(things are a lot better now) and shopping was the one thing that cheered me up while I was doing it.I hope things improve at work soon x
 
I can’t help spoiling my piggies! Your pigs are very lucky! That house looks amazing - I’ve bought stuff from Zooplus before, they have some amazing deals!

We're major Trekkies :fog:. Of all our guinea pigs, I couldn't find a fit but one look at Tuvok's V eyebrow and then noticing Spock's lesser one and it was the obvious choice lol. He is very inquisitive and loves to explore while being completely independent and intolerant of cuddles from the other guinea pigs for any length of time. Hubby saw it right away and declared him Vulcan. He does get a bit loud sometimes so we have been greeting him with his home greeting, "live long and prosper" lol. He has looked at us and gone quiet after this a few times.

Spock is very quiet, looks at us more each day with a very wise look; we felt he was very aptly named as well :)

Luna looks thoroughly fed up waiting for her turn. She looks like she has waited patiently enough and is now thinking "You've had AGES in the new house Ginny, when is it my turn? PERLEEEEEEEZE!"
