Sprouts?

I don't know if any one will have an answer to this but I wanted to grow some sunflower sprouts for the pigs. Are the sprouts of sunflowers consumable by them?

I honestly don't know but seem to have recalled this question in the past but couldn't find it on a search. I always go by the Mantra 'If in doubt leave it out' @Wiebke any ideas?

I wouldn't recommend sunflower sprouts.

When I sprout wild bird mix seeds, I always pick the sunflowers out. Any sprouts from seeds of the grass family are fine. Wheatgrass is quite a favourite with some members.
