I need some help on how to treat spurs on my piggies feet. I cleaned it out with hydrogen peroxide and put some ointment on it and got a cotton ball and medical tape and wrapped his paw and I'm afraid it will get infected and i wanna know if i'm doing everything right for my piggie.

That looks sore. Please take the guinea pig to see a vet. As the skin is broken there is a risk of infection. I have no idea where in the world you are. If you are in the UK our recommended vets are on the vet locator.
I have deleted your 2nd post as it contained your personal email address and invited responses outside of this forum. On this forum any advice is given publicly so we can all see it.

I agree! this looks like the start of a foot infection (pododermatitis or bumblefoot) and should be seen by a vet. It is likely to need an antibiotic. The advances stages of bumblefoot can kill, so it is much better to not home treat and only see a vet when it is too late.

PS: I am moving your thread to our Health/Illness section for better further knowledgeable advice and support.

Since we have enquiries from all over the world, we are very grateful if you please added your country, state/province or UK county to your account details so we can tailor any advice to what is available where you are in terms of brands and vet recommendations. Our default advice is UK based. You can find your account details by clicking on your username on the top bar. This will speed up things for both parties.
Please do not give out any more personal details re. location or age than that for your own online protection. Thank you!

That doesn't really look like a spur... spurs are hard, callused patches of skin extended off the back of the foot. They don't look inflamed like that. I agree that a vet visit to assess the problem is probably the best thing to do.
