Right so a week ago rexy was having trouble pooing but she got better and was completely happy and normally pooing and peeing until this morning, where she squealed while she was pooing, and then went to sleep, although it was the time of day she usually does it! It seems to be only when she’s passing the poos they usually eat, everything else seems fine from what I can tell! She hasn’t lost weight I don’t think, and she is munching on hay as I speak.....

If in doubt, please have her vet checked. How old is she?

As to weight: please weigh your guinea pigs once weekly throughout their lives and note down the weight. That will give you and your vet something to work from when diagnosing.
The Importance Of Weighing - Ideal Weight / Overweight / Underweight

The difference between between a full/empty belly and bladder can make 30-40g over the course of a day; you are looking at a short term weight loss of 50g or more (in one to just a few days) before it becomes significant and you may want to see a vet or if symptoms are becoming stronger/more persistent.

Thanks for the advice. She is 3 1/2, and my mum won’t take her to the vet because she believes rexy is fine as she is eating and moving around quite a bit. I will weigh them both this afternoon.

Just make a body health check and a weigh-in a weekly task on the same day of the week. That means that you are much more likely to catch any slowly developing health issues early on when they are more easily treatable.
At the moment, you are still at the stage where keeping an eye on her is perfectly adequate.

Update: Rexy has lost weight from when I last weighed her, but that was nearly 3 weeks ago, and I have made some dietary changes since then(feeding less veg and pellets). She did weigh 1120g( 3 1/2 weeks ago), and now weighs 1034g. She still squeaks when she pees and sometimes when she is pooing. No blood in the urine as far as I can tell, but I haven’t properly got her out and looked at her pee, I just looked in the cage. What is causing this? If it was up to me, rexy would be at the vet straight away, but my mum won’t take her as I am only 14, and my Mum says rexy is fine, but I have a feeling she might not be.. :(

A weight loss of 100g needs to be seen by a vet; that is a significant weight loss.
How To Pick Up And Weigh Your Guinea Pig
(written by a vet nurse).

Rexy now both qualifies on persistent urinating issues and on a slow weight loss that is large enough to warrant an investigation.

Please be aware that urine can contain quite a lot of blood without being red and red urine doesn't not necessarily show any blood when it is tested. Also be aware that not just urinary tract problems (cystitis, UTI, sludge or bladder stones) but also reproductive tract issues (womb and ovarian cysts in sows) can cause also cause pain when pooing and peeing. Only a vet visit can tell.

Having shown my mum this thread and have litterally cried to my mum that rexy NEEDS to go to the vet, my mum still refuses. She says that rexy is fine, and that she is eating and her weight is probably because of less food, she says I’m just overreacting. I don’t know what to do, really stuck here :(
