Squeaking When Pooping?!?

My recently adopted piggy Colin keeps squeaking when he's pooping, I've looked at his poop and it's massive compared to normal. He's only been doing it today. I've only had them a couple of weeks but the lass who owned them before never fed them any fresh veg, do you think it's just Colin getting used to a proper diet? His buddy Tom is fine, both eating normally etc... Any ideas why his poop has changed or the squeaking?

It could well be a gut disturbance from the new diet but I would get him checked by a vet as squeaky poos can also indicate bladder issues such as an infection, bladder inflammation (Interstitial cystitis) or even a stone.
