Sooo bella and maisie are coming out everyday to sit with us just for 10 or 15 mins to start with bella is lovely she snuggles in to my dressing gown and sits for ages and proper relaxes however maisie just runs all over us and squeeks A LOT is this because she doesn't enjoy being held or just because she is a noise little guinea pig ? She is also like this when she can't find bella any advice

I do not think anybody can ever imagine how much guinea pigs poop until you see it yourself! It is a very healthy sign as it shows her guts are working. That is why they need to graze on hay all day. It keeps their guts moving hence the poops.

When Maisie cannot find Bella she makes noises in order to call for her and find out where she is. Is she a baby? Babies are very vocal and her little noises sound like she is talking and expressing herself.

Lots of poos means a healthy piggy!

Maisie is nervous about being out of her comfort zone and separated from Bella, so she is ratching up the volume, like she would to try and stay in contact with her piggy family. The chatter will go down in the degree she gains in confidence and age.
