Hi, i heard my piggie sqeek when he pooped today. The poop was normal looking size and color but wondered if something could be brewing for him. Obviously he doesnt do it every poop or I would have heard him. I will monitor more but in the next day curious if its a fluke or pre-constipation or something. Thanks so much!

Hello PennyCopper I’m not an experienced guinea pig owner but .... from previous threads on this forum it could be a UTI or other - I would arrange to have a vet that specialises in guinea pigs to check him over - these things can develop very very quickly - good luck anyway

Aw, ok. I was hoping it was a fluke thing. Thank you, we will call his doc in the morning.

I think that’s a good idea - it’ll reassure you and if it is a problem it’ll be caught early ! Good luck and let us know how you get on 😊

Guinea pigs don’t get constipated. Hopefully it was a one off but do keep an eye on him. If you’re really worried then pop him to the vet.
