Stabilising loft

I added a loft last weekend and finally made it accessible to the boys. But when they went up and popcorned it was bouncing a little. I put a grid under one section but the rest is quite unsupported. What can I use to stabilise it?

@Siikibam You can buy small strips of metal from some C&C cage makers to put under the loft to stabilise it a bit. I have one between my 2 cages.

I used to use pieces of wood between the layers so the top had something to rest on.

Thanks @Jaycey ill order one this week. My husband suggested wood but we don’t have anything thin enough to fit.
