I posted on here for advice about making my pigs New homes a couple of weeks ago and got some great advice! Now I just want to update you all!

the cages are almost done, I still need to do ramps, and line the cage with fleece in the sawdust to fleece conversion!

As you might remember boar play date is a go and we are sorting out arrangements currently to try and pair 2 of our 3 who will share the bottom half, hopefully that nasty divider will soon be out :) more room to play easier for mummy to clean!

Here is the link to my photobucket album, with other pics of the piggys in fRom before too! Don't be alarmed by the one of Barneys cut belly! It's all healed now, but for any of you that were wondering..

Before he had his dental he must have developed a bit if bloat or gastric statis due to not eating and it was so painful for him he literally chewed his belly up and pulled all if his fur! The whole area ended up a deep wound like the 2 small ones you see and overall it was the size of my thumb, absolutey horrific! Worst thing I have gone through as a piggy owner, lots of tlc, gut movement drugs and lots of metacam means it'a now all healed and the hair is starting to grow back! So don't freak out!

Enjoy :)

Couldnt see your photo :( But glad to hear it is going well.

Glad to hear Barney is healing well.

Some lovely photos there - pigs in towels, one sprawled on top of his wooden hidey, another on top of his log bridge! Am happy Barney has healed. I would have been as devastated as you had one of my boys had a wound like that. Good luck with the piggy dating!
