Hi, relatively new to guinea ownership and brand new here. I'm wondering what leafy veg I could give my two boys (8 weeks) every day. I started to give spinach bug found out that it is calcium heavy so switched to kale. Now someone had told me it is too calcium heavy for every day too. I am aware iceberg shouldn't be given and that most lettuce isn't very nutritious. I do vary the other things I give veg wise each day and they have constant supply of hay, nuggets and water. I'm just finding it difficult as I live alone and find I'm not getting through all the different big bags of leaves. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.

It can be very confusing at first.
We think we’re giving our piggies a healthy diet then discover it’s not as good as it could be.
I was feeding mine too much spinach at first until I found this forum and all the information.
That’s why I joined, because I’d benefitted so much from the advice.

Give the boys a variety of vegetables and they should be fine.
Finishing all those salad bags does make us healthy eaters too.

We feed Coriander as a leafy green 4 days a week, relatively low in calcium and the piggies love it.

Welcome to the forum by the way :)
