Star had his op today to remove his lump, The vet said it looked very nasty and thinks it was a tumour not a cyst as we first thought, He had to go in quite deep to remove it , he now has a very large scar on his back, but is recovering very well, Lets hope it doesn't return.

awwwwww poor little Star :(:(
MEGA HEALING WHEEEEEEEEEEEKS and gentle loves from Velvet, Onyx and myself xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>
HUGS for you too sweetie i know how worried you are xx>>>xx>>>
Is Star eating? and drinking?

Thanks Glynis,
he has eaten some carrot some celery and a few of his pellets, and is drinking, I am keeping a very close eye on him.
He is a little quiet, but thats to be expected, his scar is about 4 inches long and I know it was quite deep, so he is not feeling his usual cheeky self just yet.

Best of luck and a speedy recovery for your little piggy star will keep my fingers crossed for you that it does not reoccur

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a good recovery and am sending my vibes to poor Star! It must have come as a nasty shock to you, and you must be quite gutted!

BIG HUG

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The vet might be able to send the lump away for testing if you wanted it? I am not sure if they would change extra/how much it would be though. I hope Star is feeling better soon :)
