Hello. I'm new to both here and the piggy world.

Just wondering about something I'm not sure about.

Me and gf got two female piggys and got all the proper food for them.

But we have begun starting them on a green veg. Black kale. Which they seem to love.

I gave them around 6 bits last night spread out 3 hours.

I was just curious on how slowly and how much of a new food should we should give them. The advice here is abit unclear in places.

Anyway thanks for your help. Sorry if this has been asked a billion time.

to me, it sounds like you’ve given about the right amount to begin with. You are watching for any kind of negative reaction to new foods, such as diarrhoea but it won’t necessarily be immediate so Don’t introduce too many new foods af once otherwise you won’t know which one, if any, upsets them.
Remember also, that kale is high in calcium so don’t give it too often.
