back from the vets now, static mites :((, ive got to collect the treatment tomorrow but i’ve got a question, do i throw away their wooden hides and get new ones or can i somehow disinfect them? and please recommend good wooden ones, they have to be ones with two exits, even though my piggies don’t go under them, they sit on top😂

If you can get hold of some F10 which is a vet grade disinfectant (can be purchased from Amazon), then you give give your wooden hides a good soak in the solution. You can buy it either ready made in a spray bottle or as a concentrate and then just dilute it according to the instructions yourself - I buy the concentrate as it works out cheaper and lasts for ages.
Throwing away your hay and getting fresh is a an important step though
