Steep Ramp

Hi

I've just adopted 3 new guinea pigs, so now have 5 - I also bought them a new huge cage, but the ramp between levels is very steep and they are not keen to try it - we've made a tunnel to go over it, but still no luck - any ideas?

Prop the ramp up on a brick or something similar to lessen the angle. Also try attaching fleece or something like that, they need to be able to grip

Can you possibly post a photo of the cage so we can see the ramp?
This will help people come up with ideas to help make the ramp more piggy friendly.
