Stevie Is In For Surgery Tomorrow

Not looking good for Stevie today. The incision is healing fine and goes eating like there's no tomorrow. But I've found a new lump right in his chest so I think internally it's spread and will be on his lungs by now

I think at this point we have no choice but to pts before it gets worse. I'm hanging onto him till Thursday for a fuss and so he can spend some time with his girlies because they've been separated.

See what the vet says first, if it's benign, you might have a long time with him yet.
 
So sorry to hear Stevie has another lump. I know however long or short his remaining time is with you he will feel loved and cherished, he's lucky to have such a dedicated slave. Hugs and very best wishes to you both.
 
I hope Stevie recovers from the 2nd operation soon so you can enjoy the rest of his time by spoiling him wrotten. He's lucky to have such a caring owner.
 
What matters now is making his precious time count. Enjoy him while you have him and give him the best time possible. I know how hard this is for you but you are such a caring owner. Big hugs xx

I really don't think that's the case. Second time around within a week it had reform to its original size and spread out under his ear. It's obviously agreessive. I'm keeping an eye on his breathing for now.
 
Poor Steves just gone to the giant cucumber in the sky. It's spread to his lymph nodes and another lump was coming up on both sides. Decided sooner rather than later. Poor sausage .
 
I'm so sorry that you didn't have longer with him. You've made the kindest, bravest and most selfless decision for your little man. That shows just how much you loved him. Popcorn free Stevie. Hugs xx
 
With his girlies this morning they had some orange and romain before the vets. If you look at his right cheek you can see the new lump. Doubled in size in two days and on the left literally overnight.

I am sorry to hear your sad news. Wish you'd had longer with him but you made the right decision for his sake.
RIP Stevie.
