Still Cold Outside

Today was meant to be 17oC outside today and I was hoping the piggies would help me mow the lawn, thermometer said 11! So instead of taking the piggies outside, I brought the lawn inside

I only every made the mistake of offering Eddi and Oreo the grass tray once - they promptly sat in it, and ripped the grass out in chunks.

Yes, I was expecting a lovely day yesterday but it stayed cloudy and chilly. I went for a walk in the afternoon, wore my thick winter coat, and wasn't at all over warm.

I have two trays of wheatgrass growing outside and a smaller one indoors. It keeps them going and used to grass so they and enjoy a good graze when the weather is right.

Yep, I was driving down Eastern Avenue at silly o'clock this morning, I could see it on the cars. Nothing 5 miles away though.

I had my shorts on a month ago for the whole world to see my twiglets, now I'm wearing thermal socks!
