OK so my girls are Swiss which is known as a big breed. They are 2 years old and are still putting on weight!
Luna is 1214g and Ginny is 1476g. Their back ends feel quite boney to me, they both have a fat pad on the back of their neck and I can feel their ribs. Ginny has a big squishy belly, but I don't know where Luna hides her weight!
Surely they should of stopped growing by 2?
Luna has got me trained to feed her pea flakes at least 3 times a day, she has about 9 a day. Are pea flakes fattening? I know I'm too soft with their pellets, I tend to just top them up once the bowl is empty.
They eat plenty of hay and not too much veg, but they do have about an inch of carrot daily.
Do I need to cut down on anything, or are they just big hefty lumps like their mum?
Am I just fussing over nothing again? lol

We've had girls putting on weight still at two, Treacle and Vimto spring to mind, they were big framed and still filling out

Dennis took 2 years to tip the scales at 1000g and that was back in May. He has been hovering around the 1000g to 1065g ever since. He is only a small piggie. His usual weight before then was between 850g and 875g so yes then can still grow and put on weight at the age of 2. As long as they are healthy and happy that is all that matters.
