Hello, so i have had Archie for 3 weeks now. There is still some dominance behavior from Alfie, rumblestrutting he does this every day but not often. They are able to eat peacefully, but alfie rumbles while they are eating but Archie is allowed to eat. Archie is allowed to sleep and roam around. I have heard Alfie teeth chatter at Archie, (very mild and only twice). Just wondering if this dominance behavior is normal. They have never shown aggressive behavior twords eachother, such as loud teeth chattering or lunging.

Yes it’s normal, and I think it can take a good while before it settles down. How old are they again?

Some Boars regularly rumble at each other it's normal boar behaviour nothing to worry about.
