Tried the wee men with basil today, wish I hadn't my room stinks of it! Bleugh! And Rodney has basil breath! Billy didn't like it....

My default assumption was that you had a guinea pig named Basil that was stinky ... it didn't even occur to me that you might be talking about the herb.

Sorry, pigs ... that's just the reputation you have earned.

I love basil but the small always reminds me of cat wee :)) Only one of mine touches basil and he is also the only one who likes mint :))
 
Billy will eat mint but Rodney won't.

Urgh my room stinks I only put a bit in too! Eew. Oh well, if he likes it it stays - the things you do for piglove!
 
I like the smell of basil. Mine haven't had any for a while. I bought a big coriander plant today from Tesco and Hamish and the girls like it but Dougal won't go near it. I don't blame him, it smells horrible.
 
I hate the smell of basil. Tried it with my boys a few weeks ago. Three of them made faces and quickly backed up and ran away. One braver one tried again, took a bite then spat it out and scrunched his face up. The last one loved it.

Three hated it plus one owner who despised the smell. Sorry Romano. Four against one.
