Stopped Squeaking without any health issues

My guinea pig in less than a year old at first he use to squeak alot and all the time, but suddenly he stopped squeaking I consult a doctor who checked everything and there was no health issues with my pig.

He do make other noise like growling when angry but not squeaking at all.

Some piggies are just less vocal than others. Provided there is nothing medically wrong with him, then I would not be concerned.

He lives alone but he was very vocal for like 3-4 months since I brought him home, he stopped squeaking for about 2 months

If there is nothing wrong with him medically, then perhaps he is just going to be quiet.
However, you should try to get him a same sex friend (boars can only be kept in pairs so only get him one friend, plus make sure the cage is big enough as boars need a lot of room). Guinea pigs are highly social animals and should never be kept alone, they require constant companionship from another Guinea pig. Single piggies get lonely and depressed as they don’t have anybody to communicate or interact with. Interaction with you as a human is not enough for them, I'm afraid, as you don’t speak his language - a lot of piggy communication is via scent and body language and that is not something you can replicate.
