Adult Guinea Pig
Like alot of people, I like to bulk buy pet food as it saves alot of money. Now I'm thinking of getting a cat, I've started to plan (amongst other things obviously!) for storage of the extra food and supplies that I'll have around.
I remembered that I had an old "Lack" coffee table from Ikea that I'd taken apart and put away, and so have decided to try using it as a stand for the guinea pigs and then to store food etc underneath the table. I then thought it looked a bit ugly, and decided to safety pin some spare fabric I had to create a curtain. Does this look okay? I've just pinned it so will obviously sew it properly if it looks acceptable.
I know it's silly, but sometimes when it's your own home, you don't realise if it looks bad or not? It's only when you invite a guest in, and they look at it funny that you realise!?
I'm quite OCD with cleanliness, and change the fleece once a day, and litter tray twice a day, so I find it rarely smells...hopefully it doesn't start to, as it is nearer the dining table now...
I was also thinking of cutting a doorway out of the curtain and then putting a litter box for the cat (one with a cover to it), behind it. Do you think this would work?
Sorry for all the questions, it's just that I live on my own, and I've been fiddling with the set up for the last 2 hours, and then stepping back wondering if it looks bad!
Thankyou
