Hey guys bit of an odd one! Earlier this week I thought Tyler was developing a bald spot on his back, then later dismissed it thinking it was just the way his hair had parted or he'd been scratching. However it's certainly a bit more prominent now. I've inspected the skin and there's nothing to see, no redness, flakiness, no marks or anything to suggest something is going on. But you can certainly see the change just by looking at him from above. Plus the hair within the area is very short, shorter than the rest of his coat. I've attached some pictures, sorry they're not very good but any suggestions? Feel free to tell me if I'm overreacting too!

It can be due to barbering or self-barbering, but if in any doubt or if it is getting any worse, please see a vet for confirmation.
Barbering ( Eating Hair)

Ahh good point, I didn't think of self barbering, he used to do this on his leg, hopefully will be the same thing , I'll keep an eye on it over the weekend and see if there's any change ;)
