Strange behaviour from Mini

I'm sure this in nothing to worry about, just wanted to mention it as I've never seen this behaviour before in coming up for 30 years of keeping pigs. We've had boar pairs before, sow pairs and neutered boar and sow groups.

Mini has taken to sniffing/licking/nibbling (I can't tell exactly) Tom's bum, even following him around to do it. Tom is totally unconcerned and there's no squeaking or any other behaviour to suggest he's not pleased by it. Is this just a strange habit on Mini's part?

@Piggy Slave I'd just keep an eye on it as it's not normal behaviour for your pigs.

It is quite a common behaviour though, my boys do it to each other alot. I always laugh at Podrick sticking his nose right in Jon Snow's bottom. Strange boy!

Lady Piggle loves to lick/nibble/sniff everyone's bum all the time... I thought this was normal?!

@PigglePuggle Yeah, my boys do it alot. They also love to sniff the area where the other one has just peed. Dirty boys haha.

It is normal, I just suggested it was worth watching as it wasn't something the pig jad done before

Thanks both, I don't know if its normal behaviour from Mini as he's only been here just over a week so a message to his previous Mum is in order I think just for peace of mind
