Strange behaviour-what is she doing?

My guinea tiger has done this occasionally since I got her and I finally was able to get it on video.
She is 2.5 years old, she came from a bad background and is partially sighted. She is currently being treated for an inner ear infection and has developed a head tilt which the vet has said could be permanent.

Occasionally she will move her head side to side as if she is dancing. There is a video link below, I couldn’t upload the video on here

Tiger has always been a bit slow and never quite all there but does anyone know what she is doing, is it an itch or even a seizure? Thank you in advance!

It looks as if she is shaking her head to relieve irritation in her ears? Maybe the ear problem is long standing and only just developed the classical symptoms?

Yeah that would make sense. She is on doxycycline for now, she has been on it for 3 weeks and the vet said just give it to her until it’s finished. Poor tiger. She has been through the wars but seems happy at the moment.
