Strange canker and small hard lumps

Hello, Arna has a strange sore near her rump, does anyone know what it might be? It was hidden by her long thick fur until I trimmed it.

It doesn't seem to bother her, she's not biting, scratching etc. She has not been in any fights with her companions.

I can also feel several hard pea-type lumps when I run my fingers over the middle of her body above her nip-nips.

I'm going to make her an appointment at the vets and take her to see the local rodentologist tomorrow, but would appreciate any info from the experts here.

Hi!

It looks like a burst cyst or abscess. Please make sure that you disinfect it. The lumps are likely harmless cysts, especially if the are sitting loose in the skin, but only a hands-on vet check can tell you more.
