You should take your piggy to a vet - only a vet can tell you what it is with a hands on examination and how to treat it

Hi!

Please have that one seen by a vet during regular opening hours but ideally this week. From your picture, it doesn't seem to be something stuck to the skin, and it looks rather red and irritated from rubbing on the floor. It requires a hands-on examination; any treatment up to potential operative removal as it is in a sensitive spot depends on your vet's findings.
