strange dots

i’ve had my guinea pigs for about almost 8 months and i just notice these 2 bums on his stomach. Can someone tell me what this is or what i can do to fix it?

They look very much like nipples to me. Boars have them as well as sows.

Yes that's definitely his nipples and not something that needs fixing
