Earlier I was washing one of my piggies and noticed he had a small lump just above his grease gland. It's small (a few millimetres) and hard and there's also 3 white dots in/on it. Does anyone know what it could be and what to do next? I'll take him to the vets but am currently home alone and can't get him there. (Hopefully the image works)

Sadly, your image doesn't work, but it is OK to have him seen at your convenience. It is not an emergency unless it suddenly grows very, very quickly. It is likely just a harmless sebaceous cyst.

Hopefully thes images work! It is very tiny but I've never seen anything like this before on a pig (I've only owned them for 2 and a half years) so have panicked a bit about it as nowhere seems to have images showing similar lumps.

It looks like a wart but a vet will give you a proper diagnosis when you get the chance to take him.

All the best
