For quite a while Darcy has has a lump on her ear, not very big and it's a strange shape (not round) so I assumed it was just her ear shape as I checked and bathed it when I first saw it and nothing happened. She's had it for quite a while now and this morning when I was giving her an ear scratch a little bit of puss came out! :yikes: I bathed it and gently squeezed as much puss out as I could. I think maybe she got a little bite of scratch on her ear and it got infected and formed a lump of puss under the skin? :hmm: I bathed it again this evening and no more puss came out but there's still a little lump. Shall I just keep bathing it? Does she need to go to the vets? :(

I would take her to the vet as a precaution. Pus means an infection and that can spread if you're not careful. Even though you are cleaning it she should still have a vet check and possibly antibiotics.
