I've heard my piggies sneeze before (the littlest one seems to do it a lot), but sometimes he also makes a louder sort of sneeze noise, it sounds a bit like a sneeze but at the same time like the sound a Jibber-Jabber toy makes? Two noises at once lol.

So hard to describe. Please someone know what i mean!?!

Not sure, what's a jibber jabber toy? does it sound like a hooting noise?

In which case it could be related to the weather or there is the possibility of a heart issue which can easily be treated with medication but would need an official diagnosis. My Chromebook is about to die on me so will post again in the morning.

It could also be an allergy or reaction to dust but I am listing the other symptoms of a heart issue for information:

Laboured breathing
Rapid breathing
Recurring upper or lower respiratory infections
Bumblefoot
Hooting (as you have described) sometimes followed by a cough
Coughing when eating
Blue extremities such as nose, ears, lips
Abdominal Bloating
Weight loss (failure to thrive)
Deep sleep

If you have noticed any of the above he will need checking for a heart condition. The vet may say it is not possible for a young pig to have a heart condition but I know of 2 who have recently been diagnosed at a very young age.

Thanks for all of your help, no signs of any of those at all! I think it's just a loud sneeze and I'm not used to it! They tend to fling sawdust around and burrow their noses in it, so I'm sure it's just dust! Its just a strange noise haha

Sounds like it is dust related then. Just keep an eye out for any of the symptoms in the future. A less dusty bedding may also help like Fitch, have a look in the bedding section.
