Strange, Throaty Noise And Sneezing

Hello. Mr. Lily has started making a weird throaty noise. I'm wondering if there is cause for concern. I took a video which I will try to attach (I think you will need to click on the link).
Any advice/suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.

I can't see your video, but please see a vet for a respiratory infection, especially if the breathing is still there in late afternoon or by tomorrow morning. You can try to ease the breathing by placing a bowl of steaming water next to the cage. Hopefully, it is just a blocked nose, but please don't wait too long if it is not, as URI can kill quite quickly.

I uploaded to PhotoBucket. Let's see if any of these links work :)

It rather sounds like a blocked nose to me. My advice still stands.
