id say its something like rumbling its a dominance sign both sexes make noises when being dominant

Wednesday Poppy was doing this to Lila and then yesterday Lila was doing this to Poppy.

Glad to know what it is. They're mother and daughter so I always assumed Lila would be boss.

If they only do it very off and on then it's because they are in season! especially if they start mounting as well...
