I cut them up to thin pieces and they love them. i dont give them alot though as i wasn't sure they were ok. x

I cut the top part of which includes the leaves and stalk, and they love it. They take the stalk bit first and eat the rest after. I usually give them 2 or 3 bits each.

i have fed mine strawberries once...they enjoyed it...they enjoy everything though :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

we have just bought some today that smell lovely! only £1 a box from the local market so the guineas will be having a treat with supper :)

I tried mine last week and they didn't eat them all, and they only had 1 each. Their favourate is carrot every time!

Mine adore carrot. They head straight for it. They have taken a fancy to hard pear lately. Another fav is dried grass from my local farm shop. Its chemical free and organic.

Remember not to give too much fruit because of high fruit acid, sugar content and indigestion (being bunged up) and even tummy runs. Also, fruit causes mouth blisters. However as a treat I`m sure mine are healthy and have never experienced any side effects like jippy tummy and ulcers.

Mine won't go near strawberries.
