Tried them with strawberries about a hour ago. Just looked and not been touched. Surprised they don't like them.

Brought a red bell pepper today so alittle of that will be for tomorrow. They never had those too so we will see xx

Mine go nuts for strawbs! I'm worried about feeding them too much because they're really sweet so I just cut up on into little pieces and hide them around the cage.

Try cutting them up ito wedges, that way the smell will be stronger. My lot aren't interested in whole strawbs, only cut up ones.

Strong tasting fruit are not to everypig's taste. new foods can take a few tries until they are accepted. Please serve the strawberries with the green bits; several of my piggies like those even better!

None of my 8 boys are very keen on strawberries - they will nibble some of the top green bit but not keen really. It is always surprising how strong their likes and dislikes are - some love fennel, some hate it etc. My (human) daughter makes up for the strawberry intake though - she eats as many as she can get.

Ours love Strawberrys too. If we have a big punnet of strawberries we will give them a few and also give them all the top bits which they love, green bits and all.

I just tried my two on a couple of strawberrys which had been started by the birds, neither of them were interested so i ended up giving them to the buns!

My boys really don't like fruit altogether, maybe too sweet for them?

same, I have a pair that will eat it and another who won't touch anything sweet, the closest they get is Winston once nibbled some melon, the pale yellowy kind. But none of them like stawbs, they'll eat the leaves off my strawb plant tho rolleyes

I don't think i've tried them with mine.
But they wouldn't touch banana or tomatoes when i first offered, did it again a few weeks later and they love them now - it's just them needing to know it won't hurt them

My Penny is a fussy eater. She won't eat anything that isn't green, so strawberries are out of the question and she's petrified of bananas! Pickles will eat anything as long as it is in the food bowl though.

mine will eat the green leaves on top of strawberries but wont touch the actual fruit part, shame as i love them

None of mine are keen on any type of fruit to be honest, they have a lick and a little nibble, but then it just gets left. They would rather have an overload of yummy veg any day.

None of our girls will eat strawberries, but never given the tops so may try that. They all love melon, pear and apple and get a slither each if I'm eating one ( very rarely ;))
Tia is the only one who will eat cherry tomatoes- she loves them and i always panick when i pick her up and she's got a wet chin- as she likes to eat it right at the end of the day. THe tomotoeeeee smell gives it away ;)

Mine won't eat strawberries but my nephew's boys love them.
My girlies love red pepper. Their favourite food has to be the wild weeds. They go crazy for them and almost can't eat them for popcorning!
