I live in America and with the Fourth of july celebrations, my neighbors have fireworks and other loud thinngs going on. Do you think this could be stressful for my guinea pigs? If so how should I calm them down?

It could be unpleasant for them. Perhaps cover their cage so they feel safer. And maybe put on the radio or tv for them - though it may not be heard with the fireworks.

There are tons of fireworks here tonight.
I use a noise machine in my room (it sort of sounds like the ocean). :)
The piglets love it and it calms them down a ton. You might be able to find some relaxing tunes online, as well.

Ours have never really bothered, but as others have said radio is a good idea.

how many piggies do you have? Be lovely to see some photos of them.

I agree that covering the cage, putting some background noise on such as radio or tv, giving them plenty of hay to keep them occupied can all help.
When its fireworks time here, I worried how my piggies would cope with the bangs, but they were not bothered. They stopped chewing with the first firework but after that just carried on with their business as normal!
