Stressed Guinea Pig Makes Strange Noises?

All of mine do that, some sound worse than others, some just scream.
For an example, if I have to flip them over for a lenght of time, their voices get strange (Exept for the screaming, that parts sounds normal)
Anyone else that deal with this? It sounds like stressed breathing, but they aren't sick and it is only when I flip them around (To their back, for claw cutting).
 
Please always make sure that the head is higher than the body, as guinea pig lungs are pretty small and the already hard beating heart is going on overdrive.
 
If I need access to their bum for example, I rest them in the sink with their back against the side so they're still almost upright. A few reassuring cuddles and head strokes sorts them out when they start getting flustered
