Mom's a busy mom, but it sounds like she's having fun. But it is very sad news about Barrett. He is such a sweet kitty 😔
 
Hey everyone. Chez was begging when mom came in. We're having a urinary biscuit.

Our new sister is bossy! She doesn't like to be alone.

We get a spot clean after lettuce and I'll have floor time when both cats are napping.

I'm bringing my lettuce into my pigloo.

We got a new forage, it has chamomile and rose.

Barrett is down for the morning. He woke up mom at 3:45 to be pet.
 
Mmm... cucumber.

Mom's getting parsley today.

In a couple hours we are having cages cleaned a day early cause mom works tomorrow morning. Not gonna complain!

Mom thought netsy pooped in the basement but when she went outside it smelled like a skunk! Skunks are cute
 
Dear Chez

I wouldn't put up with being called names! If you want to make "a huge poopy mess on the coroplast" go ahead! I don't always poop on the fleece. Sometimes I poop on my Slave too. I think she likes that as she calls them "Poops of Protest". Carry on pooping on the coroplast as your Slave clearly likes to clean them. At least you poop in one place so it's easy for her to clear up.

She also wants to change my coroplast to a new one but says why bother? I'll just stain it.

I want a new coroplast!
 
Hi I'm Chez and I only drink water that has freshly been filled. As soon as I hear mom get up in the morning I start biting the bars for veg. I do double the poo of Stripe. I don't like coming out of my cage much.

I'm looking forward to having a clean cage in a couple hours.

Mom has to put up a pillowcase or I beg.

Truffle: I can see MS look when she looks at your nice black fur in your photo. She wants to give it a stroke. Polo: We have trained her to stroke us when we are in the mood. Sometimes we almost wear her hand out, sometimes we toss our heads and go into our hides 🥰 You and Stripe have such soft fur. Much softer than kitty fur (sorry Nettle and Barrett 😔)
 
It's odd, the first two days I had Nettle I didn't take Stripe out for playpen.

The past times including this morning he bites me to go back in the cage after a couple minutes! He's maintaining his weight, eating, pooping, popcorning in his cage.

He used to live for his playpen!

Any idea?
 
My piggies aren't big play pen fanatics, I have to admit. Polo literally sits up and begs to go back after a short while. He starts looking over the partitions as if he is thinking of trying to jump over them. He just about jumps into his taxi. But if he gets out into the larger flat, he's in no hurry to use his taxi tube. Truffle can get involved in eating in the playpen and seems more relaxed. He will run around the larger flat, but is slower and quieter out than Polo. I believe he may have a stiff joint in his left hind legs, the vet said. My main use for the playpen is for cleaning sessions and to encourage my piggies to move more for health as their 2x3 cages are a bit small 🚕
 
Chez never liked the playpen but Stripe was just crazy about it.

Maybe he's mad at me.

Just spent over a half hour with the boys and cleaned cages.

Stripe also has a 2x3. Chez has a 4x3.

They were both popcorning when I cleaned.
 
Doing the boys laundry and the washer wasn't working.

I pushed the reset button on the outlet because I learned the hard way last time, I called an electrician out and he thought I was an idiot for not pressing the reset button and that was the only problem.

It's working!
