Stuck on his side

I woke up this morning to see my guinea pig stuck on his side and he wasn’t getting up. I picked him up and he is now resting on my leg still lying down on me he has food although he dosent want to eat any even in his cage. I’m really concerned. Someone help he’s turning 3 this month.

Yes we are but they only open at 11 and it’s 9 here and the ones that are open now are too expensive but thank you
 
We live in London Willesden. We are trying to find a vet now. Do you know what it could possibly be?
 
Can you not get him seen as an emergency and arrange a payment plan? He will probably be in a lot of pain and 11am is a long time to wait

We are trying to arrange to move some things around to get him a vet appointment and I think we may think about a payment plan.
