Stuck on his side

I woke up this morning to see my guinea pig stuck on his side and he wasn’t getting up. I picked him up and he is now resting on my leg still lying down on me he has food although he dosent want to eat any even in his cage. I’m really concerned. Someone help he’s turning 3 this month.
